One address reaches us. We read everything; rules arguments settled at your table are our favorite kind of mail.
The address
[email protected] lands with the people who made the games. Plain questions get plain answers, usually within a few days.
Paper mail
Letters reach the studio at 1108 Chicon St, Studio 2, Austin, TX 78702. It is a working door with a mail slot, not a shop: nothing to browse, nobody at a counter, and parcels from orders belong with the retail partner rather than this street.
Good things to write about
A rule your table reads two ways. A typo or a broken page on this site. Press and event questions. A photo of your table mid-slap, if you like.
What we cannot help with
Anything about a specific parcel: where it is, when it lands, sending it back. The order lives with our retail partner, and their order page has the tools and the people for it. Details are on getting the box.
