When a deck has to go back
A game that did not land at your table can go back. The path runs through the retail partner, since the order lives with them.
Where a return starts
On the order page at the retail partner. It lists what can go back, prints the label and settles the money side by their own policy. Nothing about a return can be started from this site.
The window
Their policy sets it, and it is spelled out on the listing and the order page. Read it there rather than here: their text is binding, ours would only be a copy.
Wrong deck or damaged deck
Both are handled through the same order page, usually faster than a change-of-mind return. Photos help.
Before it goes back
If the problem is a rule that reads wrong rather than a game that plays wrong, try the learn to play page for that deck first. A fair number of returns are one misread line of setup.
