How a deck reaches your table
The short version: we make the game, the retail partner brings it. Everything about the parcel lives on their pages, not ours.
Who brings the box
When you press a button on a deck page, the live listing at our retail partner opens. The order, the packing and the courier are all theirs. We find out a deck sold the same way you find out it shipped: from their systems.
When it arrives and what it costs
Both are shown on the order page before you confirm, and both depend on your address and the delivery option you pick there. We do not quote either number here, because ours would go stale and theirs is live.
Following the parcel
Tracking appears in your account at the retail partner once the box moves. If a parcel stalls or goes missing, the same order page is the fastest path to a human who can actually see it.
A box arrives damaged
Flag it on the order page there. If a deck is missing a card out of the shrink wrap, that is worth a note to us too, through drop a line, so we can chase it at the print run.
